This policy explains what personal data CalmBabyGear.com (“we”) collects and how it is used.

What we collect
- Contact messages: if you email us, we keep your email address and message to reply.
- Analytics: with your consent, Google Analytics collects anonymised data about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate country).
- Affiliate tracking cookies: when you click a retailer link, the retailer or affiliate network (e.g. Awin) may set a cookie to record that the visit came from us. This happens on their side and is covered by their privacy policies.
Cookies and consent
Non-essential cookies (analytics, affiliate tracking) are only used after you agree in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
How long we keep data
Contact emails: up to 24 months. Analytics data: according to Google Analytics retention settings (14 months).
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Email hello@calmbabygear.com. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or your local supervisory authority.
